3. Q: What kind of software do you use to check the drawing? And what’s the format of drawing you can check?

  A: Our designers and engineers all use CAD & UG to check and make the drawings, which are 2D or 3D.

4. Q: How do you pack the molds and products?

  A: We will coat one-layer anti-rust oil first and cover thin films outside the mold, finally pack them into fumigation wooden case. As for products, we will pack with standard export cartons or as per customers request.

5. Q: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?

  A: If you don’t have time to come to our factory and don’t have the third party for inspection either, We’ll send plastic products for you.In the meantime,we’ll send you video for production details including process report, products size, structure and surface detail, packing details and so on.
